Do you guarantee your websites?

Yes, we are proud of our work. On custom website design we require half of the agreed cost of the website services to be paid in advance. The balance of the website design work is not billed until your website is completed, tested and approved by you. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our work, we will change it to meet your requirements. If we can not meet or exceed your requirements, we will not bill you for the last half of the website work if requested within 30 days after the website is completed. The initial first half of the agreed design cost is not refundable. If we do not bill you for the last half (the balance) of the original agreed design costs Website Design Texas will retain the website, coding, scripts, graphics and any other work or materials used to design your website except materials or graphics you have provided.
